Terms of service

These terms apply to every app and service published by Peach Byte Labs, LLC ("Peach Byte Labs", "we"), including Reeve Money and DishFork, and to this website. By using them you agree to these terms. An app may have additional terms of its own; those add to these.

Your account

You need an Apple ID and must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live). You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your device secure.

Your content

What you put into our apps, including plans, recipes, feedback, and messages, is yours. You give us the limited license we need to store it, process it, and show it back to you, and nothing more. You can delete it at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use our services to break the law, to attack or overload our systems, to reverse engineer or scrape them, or to harm other people. We may suspend accounts that do.

Beta software

Some of our apps are distributed through TestFlight as beta software. Beta builds can change, break, or lose data. Do not rely on a beta build for anything you cannot afford to lose.

Not professional advice

Reeve Money organizes information about your money and helps you act on your own plan; it is not a financial adviser, and its projections are estimates. DishFork transforms and scales recipes; check every version against your own dietary needs, allergies, and food-safety judgment. Decisions are yours.

Purchases

Paid features, where offered, are sold through Apple's in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms, including refunds.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of a service. If we discontinue an app we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export or delete your data.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peach Byte Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Peach Byte Labs, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We will update the date above when these terms change and tell you in the app when the change is material. Continued use after that is acceptance of the new terms.
