Privacy policy
Peach Byte Labs, LLC · Last updated September 14, 2026
Peach Byte Labs, LLC ("Peach Byte Labs", "we") builds mobile apps and the services behind them. This policy covers this website and every app we publish. Where an app has its own, more specific policy (Reeve Money's is at reevemoney.com/privacy), that policy adds to this one; it never takes anything away.
The short version
- We collect only what an app needs to do its job for you.
- We never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build advertising profiles.
- You can delete your account and data at any time, from inside the app or by emailing us.
What we collect
- Account information. Our apps sign you in with Sign in with Apple. We receive the identifier Apple assigns and, if you allow it, your name and email (or Apple's private relay address).
- The content you create in the app. For Reeve Money, the plan, budgets and rules you write and the financial accounts you connect. For DishFork, the recipes you import, the versions and feedback you add, and your pantry. This is your data; we store it so the app can work across devices and sessions.
- Messages you send to in-app assistants. Reeve and the DishFork Sous chef are conversational. Your messages and the app's replies are stored with your account so the conversation continues where you left it.
- Technical data. Server logs with IP address, device type, and timestamps, kept for a short period for security and debugging. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
- Push notification tokens, if you turn notifications on.
How we use it
To provide the app's features, keep your data in sync, send the notifications you asked for, respond to support requests, and keep our services secure. That is the whole list.
Who else sees it
- Infrastructure providers that host our servers and databases, acting only on our instructions.
- AI model providers. Features such as recipe parsing and in-app chat send the relevant text to a large-language-model API (currently Anthropic) to produce a response. Those requests are made under terms that prohibit the provider from training on your data.
- Financial data aggregators (Reeve Money only) such as Plaid or Apple's FinanceKit, which you authorize directly and which are described in Reeve's own policy.
- Apple, for sign-in, TestFlight, App Store distribution, and push notifications.
We disclose data beyond this only if the law requires it, and we will tell you when we are allowed to.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as you have an account. Deleting your account from the app's settings removes your data from our production systems promptly, and from backups within 30 days. You can also email hello@peachbytelabs.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Requests to hello@peachbytelabs.com are honored without undue delay. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to the people who operate them. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as the law requires.
This website
peachbytelabs.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Our web server keeps ordinary access logs for a short period.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
